ABOUT SCOUT MODERN
Scout Modern is an interior design studio located in Los Angeles, California. Formerly Scouted Home, the studio founded in 2016 by designer Ashley Scott, is best known for creating modern, bespoke designs. Ashley tirelessly "scouts" statement pieces; one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, and vintage finds that connect with each client and elevate the spaces they inhabit.
With a deep respect for artisans and their craft, Scout Modern often collaborates with artists and makers from around the globe. Whether fabricating a statement wall, commissioning a bespoke wallpaper, or mixing styles, every project with Scout Modern is entirely unique.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Ashley Scott currently resides in Pasadena, California with toddlers, Reese & Wilder. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Ashley’s southern charm and enthusiastic attitude has cemented herself a tight-knit base of referral and repeat clientele. Not afraid to take a risk, Ashley loves pushing the boundaries with bold design choices. She often works with unique wallpapers and murals and has been referred to as the “statement wall queen”. Her mission is to consistently provide clients with a fresh design aesthetic that is unique to each individual’s lifestyle and branding needs.
In her free time, Ashley shops for vintage finds at many of LA's sprawling flea markets, goes to the beach with her family, frequents local coffee shops or squeezes in a pilates class.
